About the role

We're opening an office in Stockholm — and one of our founders is relocating to Sweden to build it with you. As our founding go-to-market hire, you'll land our first Swedish customers, build the local sales playbook, and lay the foundation for the team that follows. This is a rare zero-to-one opportunity: you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder on the ground and have real ownership of how Sono grows in the market.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle in Sweden: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Land our first reference customers and turn them into a repeatable motion.
  • Adapt our messaging, pricing, and playbook to what works locally.
  • Be the voice of the Sweden market internally — feeding the product roadmap with what you learn in the field.
  • Help hire and ramp the next people on the ground as we scale.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or at an early-stage startup.
  • A strong closer who's comfortable owning a number and a full pipeline.
  • Native-level Swedish and fluent English.
  • Deep familiarity with the Sweden business landscape.
  • Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and little structure.
  • Genuine excitement about AI and the problem we're solving.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Enterprises or large service businesses.
  • You've been an early commercial hire or launched a new market before.
  • You've been a startup entrepreneur — founded or co-founded your own company, or built something of your own from scratch.
  • An existing network in the Sweden Enterprise or service sector.
